Alcohol service requires a state-licensed server who is not part of your group. Submit the server’s license and liability insurance at least 30 days before the event.
The published venue policy requires event liability insurance at your expense, with $1 million per incident coverage. Confirm the exact insured and additional-insured names with the rental team before purchasing coverage; the policy identifies Tuality Masonic Lodge #6 and the Masonic Grand Lodge of Oregon, including its officers, members, and employees. Supply the policy at least 30 days before the event.
Unauthorized alcohol can result in immediate cancellation and loss of rental fees and deposit. Guests must follow the rental agreement, and alcohol may not be taken outside.
